Eric partnered with his mother to create a reputation for himself which could not otherwise be earned by good lawyer-ing. He is not aggressive, unless you consider keeping his billing meter running when no real work is being done. He represented me for 2-3 months, did nothing substantive during that time, yet was a "Johnny on the Spot" when it came to rapidly generating invoices without moving the settlement or litigation ball forward one inch. This is not the type of lawyer you want, even if you have unlimited resources.

Mr. Eric Jon Aretsky represented me back in September. The case put my family through much grieve and stress. Mr. Aretsky was confident and reassuring throughout the entire process. He put my family at ease with his professionalism, intellect, and capability. At no point during our interaction with Mr. Arestky was I or my family in fear and we were certain we were in the best of hands. I highly recommend Eric Aretsky for representation in any of his specialities.

I used Eric Aretsky for my divorce. My ex is a selfish crazy person and didn't want to support us. Eric did not let him get away with it. He asked for all kinds of things I would never have thought of. My cousin was using someone else in her divorce and switched to Eric because her lawyer (a woman) was not doing enough or getting her anything. To the person who wrote a bad review, I think it sounds like you just don't want to pay your bill! What I liked best about Eric is no matter when you call, he gets back to you right away. My cousin's attorney would take a week to respond. Eric always called right back.

I was very disappointed with Mr. Eric Aretsky's work. I would never recommend him to anyone and if your looking for a good, aggresive lawyer Aretsky is not the one. This firm is all about taking your money and thats it. I feel this man should have his licensed revoked. Eric Aretsky gives lawyers a bad reputation. I wish someone would've warned me so I'm warning all of you stay away from this firm.
