Great support through the bankruptcy process
I had never had to file for bankruptcy before, nor since. Mr. Silvershein got me through the process comfortably. I still file my taxes through him.

Daniel M. Silvershein is one of the best lawyers. Everything he promised he kept his word. He did everything in a short period of time. Most of the lawyers are not sure about things. He knew exactly what to do and how long it was going to take. I'm very satisfied. Everything he did for me I recommend him to all the people who have problems with the IRS

Not recommended
In 2018 I hired this attorney to help me amend my tax returns to include a foreign inheritance. I paid him and he showed me the documents he wanted to file and I signed. One year later, the IRS sent me a letter indicating a very large penalty. It turned out that this lawyer had not filed a very important form that is the form 3520. I found this out during a phone call with IRS and I do have a witness. I regret having this lawyer file my amendment. I am still dealing with the IRS. I do not recommend this lawyer at all.
