Do Not Hire
Hired to look into Tax issues and Bankruptcy and took a amount of money that I feel work was not done for. Tried to discuss with him and was told to read the fine print instead of working out an amicable resolution.

Not recommended
In 2018 I hired this attorney to help me amend my tax returns to include a foreign inheritance. I paid him and he showed me the documents he wanted to file and I signed. One year later, the IRS sent me a letter indicating a very large penalty. It turned out that this lawyer had not filed a very impor...

Great support through the bankruptcy process
I had never had to file for bankruptcy before, nor since. Mr. Silvershein got me through the process comfortably. I still file my taxes through him.
