William’s FINRA arbitration practice focuses on representing investors who have been damaged due to broker fraud, misrepresentation, and mismanagement. Before practicing law, William developed an extensive understanding of the securities markets while receiving an MBA in finance and securities analysis and working at a hedge fund. William’s in-depth knowledge of both the brokerage industry and the securities laws allow him to effectively advocate on behalf of defrauded investors.
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, William practiced law at a national firm where he prosecuted large-scale class actions on behalf of businesses and individuals. He also interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Tampa, FL and the Eighth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office. William graduated with honors from Colgate University and the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was a member of the Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy.
