Mr. Lanier represented me in a child custody/visitation/child support case and I am so thankful to have hired him. As a parent you are overwhelmed with emotion which clouds your thinking! I knew I needed someone who was well informed of the law and able to articulate my points in the most compelling... and effective manner. Mr. Lanier was the lawyer. He informed me of the entire process, explained the legal jargon, and defined the different types of custody there are. Throughout the entire 6 months he was continuously informative and included me in the entire process. It was important to me that I feel included and informed of everything that was going on. He had an amazing way of articulating my son's and my living situation and struggles to the Judge. As any single parent can tell you custody cases are scary. I wish I had a better way to verbalize that, but it is really that plain and simple-- It's scary. Each step of the way, Mr. Lanier was extremely helpful. His opening/closing statements were very well thought out and he always knew just the right questions to ask during the cross examination portion of the case.
