I hired Michael Pham for an Assault Family Member case were I was accused of punching an ex girlfriend in the face while driving home from a party. Michael said it was very important to subpoena the 911 call. It took about 4 months to get the 911 call, but the wait was well worth it as showed how... intoxicated my ex was on alcohol and Xanax.
