This is a no BS, honest review. I hired Michael to handle my case. I hired him due to his track record of getting dismissals done. I was innocent of any crime from the start and he saw that once he went over my police report. It was pretty much a bad joke taken the wrong way. He told me all we are ...going to push for is a dismissal; there was no threat to person or property that showed a crime had been committed. After getting all the evidence together we waited to see what the DA had to offer. We countered with all evidence showing that there was no threat of imminent danger or harm. After going to court due to many resets, the day had come and I received my dismissal. Thank you Michael for representing me and I will see you next year to get my expungtion going.

I hired him on a felony assault choking case. He explained to me the consequences of a conviction or plea. The only outcome that I could have was a dismissal and having my record erased. I honestly believe some of these good reviews on here are written by him. At the end of it all I did two weeks in jail for not even a gram of Marijuana. This dude makes my cousin Vinny look like Johnnie Cochran.
