Michael H Pham

I highly recommend Michael Pham as a criminal defense attorney. I hired him on a drug case. In my consultation with Michael, I learned what the legal definition for "Possession" on a drug case was and the penalty range I was facing. Michael did a really excellent job in explaining to me my options a...nd asked what result I was looking for. I told him that the drugs were not mine and that I felt the police officer had no reason to pull me over and that I wanted to fight the case all the way to a jury trial. I did interview a few more attorneys after I consultated Michael Pham and chose him because I felt that he explained more to me than the other attorneys did. I also like the fact that he gives you his cell phone number and you can reach him anytime. When Michael got the police report, I learned that the police officer completely wrote a biased and slanted report pointing towards me. I asked Michael how can we fight the case and he said that he will subpoena to see if there is a video camera recording of the whole event. Unfortunately, there was no video, but Michael did point out ALOT of inconsistent statements in the report. I truly had confidence in Michael Pham to take my case to a jury trial. Michael had me come into his office on the weekend to prepare for the trial. I was in awe to know that my lawyer was going the extra mile to prepare for my case. In the trial, Michael attacked the lack of evidence that supported the police officers report and inconsistencies. I felt really good about the trial, but those where the longest 20 minutes of my life waiting for the jury's verdict. When I heard the words NOT GUILTY, I thanked the Lord and thanked Michael for being in my corner. I just want to say that if you believe that you have been arrested and the police lied on your report, you don't have to take it, you can hire the best lawyer I know Michael Pham and he will fight for you.

Michael Pham did not help me one bit this was my first time being arrested so I had no knowledge about court and what I had to do for my case he made me feel unimportant never called and checked on me, never told me anything about my case, he kept rescheduling my court dates which I later found out I... was getting charged for, the officer in my case lied about my arrest and when I told mr.pham about it he did nothing I lost the case feeling like I could have did everything he did for me on my own , he just took my money and took advantage of me

I was arrsted for a DWI and hired Michael Pham. He was very professional and confident that my case had alot of issues, starting from the way the sobriety tests were conducted and the reliability of the breathalyzer machine. He always communicated and explained the law and its relation to my specific... DWI case. Michael Pham got my DWI case Dismissed and I don't think any other lawyer could have been able to do this without having to go to trial. I cannot thank Michael enough for his professionalism, knowledge, and determination in fighting my case.

I hired Michael Pham on a DWI 2nd and he got my case DISMISSED, even with a blood test of .24. A friend who had a marijuana case dismissed recommended that I use his lawyer Michael Pham. I work late hours and Mr. Pham accomodated me for an evening appointment. In the interview I gave all of the facts... that lead to my arrest. Mr. Pham explained all of the law to me and what the consequences were, he also stated that because this is my 2nd DWI, we really should go to trial because if I was to get a 3rd DWI, it would be a felony from 2-10 years. After learning how unreliable the sobriety tests are in measuring whether someone is intoxicated while driving and the issues of a DWI blood draw, I felt Michael Pham had the experience and knowledge to help me out. When my lab result came back at .24 blood alcohol content (3 times the legal limit), I felt that there was just no way to win the case. Mr. Pham showed me there were issues with the blood testing and said we should go to trial. I felt that Mr. Pham had my best interests and I trusted his advice. On the morning of my trial date, I was very anxious and nvervous. Later when the prosecutor dismissed my case I just couldnt believe it. Michael Pham really helped me out of this predicament and I would absolutely recommend him for any criminal case.

Michael Pham was a horrible attorney, but I only came to this conclusion after being "suckered" into his services. The very first time I met Mr. Pham, he was very polite and understanding. He was confident he could dismiss my possession of Marijuana case, especially after the authorities found it in ...someone else's vehicle. Everything was sounding wonderful, so at that moment I hired Mr. Pham. ($1,000 which was paid in full) Which would later be the worst mistake of my life. He was balancing so many cases at once, he NEVER made it on time. I had at least 5 appearances before the Judge, and every time, I would have to wait hours after the Judge called for my case... Just so Mr. Pham could arrive. I called Mr. Pham because he was hours late, and he told me "Im in another courtroom, and ill be there" and hung up in my face. When he arrived the first thing he asked me was " how much are you paying towards your balance"? I was immediately disturbed by this because he had been payed in full, and didn't even recall. When the case finally started, it was constantly rescheduled, because he was "gathering notes" and trying to dismiss it. Well 6 months fly by, and one morning in court, he says to me.... "It didnt work out, and the best I can do is Jail time or deferred adjudication." My heart was heavy, and I instantly felt cheated. He came back from deliberation, and told me "sign this" (probation papers) I started reading over the paper work, and he said "hurry up, I have another case." I then yelled at him, "I'm not signing my life away without reading it" He got enraged, and snatched the papers after I signed them. He also led me to believe I would have everything wiped from my record which wasn't true. He had horrible communication, and never let me on my options. He more or less decided my future without me having a say so. Never saw him again after that, and thank God. I hope this guy hasn't ruined other young lives, like he ruined mine. I don't understand how he sleeps at night.
