He didnt do anything. Always late. He didnt fight on my behalf and wont go to trial. He was working against me. Never seen a lawyer like this. I end up fired him and ask for my money back. He wouldnt. I got another lawyer and say michael pham already got me a plead deal which i didnt know about.... The plea deal is 3 year in prison. My first ever got arrested for thef. It should be probation. Dont ever get this clown to represent you.

I have never been arrested before, went out with some friends for some drinks and later got arrested for a DWI after I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. The experience and ordeal of the arrest and spending time in jail is horrid and I really needed a good lawyer that would help me thr...ough this difficult time. Michael Pham was the first lawyer I interviewed out of total of 4 lawyers. I later decided to hire Michael Pham because his fees were within my range and I believed he had the experience, expertise, and dedication to handle my case. Michael Pham explained the whole DWI law to me, what field sobriety tests are, and the science behind a blood draw. As the case progressed, I won the ALR hearing which saved my drivers license. The prosecutor wouldn't dismiss my case because my blood was over the limit. Michael Pham said that there are a couple of issues with the evidence and recommended that we go to trial and my other options would result in a conviction. I felt that I had nothing to lose and everything to win in a trial. Before trial, I was educated about how the trial would proceed and everything about a DWI. On the day of trial, my case was dismissed. I really want to recommend Michael Pham for a DWI case if you have one.

Michael Pham was a horrible choice for defending my first and only dwi...I waisted time and money hiring him. He takes on so many cases at once that its hard to believe he can focus any energy on a simple first time dwi case. I believe he only gives full effort into high criminal cases. I paid him $3...000 to only extend the period of time to keep me outta jail...at the end of it all I spent $3000 on him and spent 30 days in Harris county jail and now have to pay the state of texas an extra $3120 for a dwi that will always be on my record...this attorney did absolutely nothing to help me and I would have been better off with a court appointed attorney...do yourself a favor and NEVER HIRE THIS ATTORNEY IN REGARDS TO A DWI...ESPECIALLY A FIRST OFFENSE!!!
