I highly recommend Michael Pham as a criminal defense attorney. I hired him on a drug case. In my consultation with Michael, I learned what the legal definition for "Possession" on a drug case was and the penalty range I was facing. Michael did a really excellent job in explaining to me my options a...nd asked what result I was looking for. I told him that the drugs were not mine and that I felt the police officer had no reason to pull me over and that I wanted to fight the case all the way to a jury trial.
