I have never been in trouble with the law before and got a DWI after leaving a bar on Washington Avenue. From the 1st conversation on the phone Michael Pham put my mind at ease. I got arrested unjustly for a prostitution case at a video store. At a video aisle a heavy set man approached me and was harassing me in spanish. I dont know much spanish and was having a hard time hearing and understanding the guy. To sum it up the person was an undercover police officer and accused... me of prostitution. I was on a felony probation out of Brazoria County on a possession drug case, and picked up a theft case at Wal Mart. The whole theft case was a big misunder...standing from the start and Wal Mart just had me arrested. When I hired Mr. Pham, he said we needed to subpoena the video surveillance tape immediately so that it wouldnt be erased. We went to court 3 times and Wal Mart never produced the alleged tape that had me stealing. Mr. Pham then subpoened the security witness and the witness also failed to show up to court. I was really glad that Michael Pham got my theft case dismissed. He saved me from going to prison, because without the dismissal, I would have had my probation revoked.
