BEST Attorney for any Security Clearance Issues

I had been notified by the DoD CAF that they denied my Security Clearance due to financial debts that I had. I googled Security Clearance attorneys and came upon Troy. He had great reviews, reasonably priced, and close by so I decided to contact him. When I met with Troy he didn't promise anything... but that he would work hard for me and my situation. Sure enough, he definitely delivered! Troy is very knowledgeable, SO down-to-earth, not judgmental, and does everything in his power to put together paperwork showing proof of what caused my burden, making payment plans with debtors, and to address the fact that this won't be happening again in the future. Just the other day I received notice from my Security POC that I was granted my SECRET Clearance!!!!! I am SOOOO humbled and thankful to have trusted Troy to help me. I have referred him to another employee who needed his assistance and again, another VICTORY for my coworker as well. I highly recommend Troy for any Security Clearance Issues. He is more than wonderful!! The front desk office is so friendly as well. They have reasonable payment plans and work with you on that.

Government Contractor

Mr. Nussbaum was very knowledgeable about all aspects of my case. He really took the time to listen to my whole story and gave me the tools I needed heading forward with my security case. If you ever find yourself in need of an amazing attorney for any security related issues I would highly recommend... him.

Absolutely the best!!

Troy helped my with my ten year clearance reinvestigation and I feel confident that I would not have had the success I did without his help. He was integral to my successful outcome and I will absolutely hire him again in the future should the need arise.

Victory

Troy was instrumental in the fight to maintain my security clearance. His expert knowledge of the system and familiarity with the process kept me at ease the entire time. He had a plan from the very beginning and we stuck to it. He diligently prepared witnesses and made himself available to discuss m...atters at almost anytime. Security Clearance Issue

Highly recommend attorney Troy Nussbaum whom I consulted with regarding a security clearance issue. He provided me with some honest and very necessary information which helped me decide how to proceed. If you have a security clearance issue, the initial consultation will be well worth your time.
