Top Secret Clearance

Mr. Nussbaum is a brilliant lawyer that is understanding and respectable. I had peered through his reviews prior to having a consultation with him. Within the first few minutes of the call I could see why the reviews were all so positive. If you are going to obtain a clearance, he is the best attorne...y to have on your team. I was granted my TS/SCI clearance after working with Mr. Nussbaum.

Fantastic!!

Mr. Nussbaum is extremely knowledgeable in the clearance process! He was thorough in his explanation of what would occur as well as very thorough and organized in his work! He was very proactive in pulling things together As well as communication! Any questions that I had he was quick to respond with... support! Absolutely recommend him for any support or representation needed in the clearance process!

No nonsense, straight to the point

I started looking for an attorney when I realized I made a huge mistake by not disclosing information I thought was not relevant, but was. Troy's firm was the first that I called, and Troy was assigned to my case. A stroke of luck it was. Troy very quickly went directly to the heart of the issue, ...put together a roadmap of action items for me to complete, and gave me a clear deadline. He provided the broad context as well as the details, which made it easy for me to complete my tasks independently. Finally, when he compiled a submission packet, he included statutory language alongside bullet points detailing clearly how we met the statutory requirements for correcting an error. From start to finish, it was the quickest path from Point A to Point B. Troy also accommodated my desire to accelerate the timeframe of our response. He was engaging, respectful, and very pleasant to work with. I recommend him highly.

Helpful, Compassionate, and Sharp

Troy Nussbaum was extremely helpful and insightful; he was able to understand my situation, as well as explain my options. He was also kind. However, do not be fooled... Troy is a sharp, competent, and truly confidence inspiring attorney. I highly recommend Troy Nussbaum.
