Saved my Security Clearance Eligibility & Career

I contacted and hired Troy Nussbaum for legal counsel in 2021 and 2022. Troy Nussbaum provided legal counsel, and helped me prepare for Government clearance reinstatement. Awesome Lawyer with extensive knowledge of Security Clearances

I hired Troy Nussbaum in 2020 to respond to my Letter of Intent to revoke my security clearance. I spent 4 to 6 hours contacting lawyers to handle my case and Troy was the last lawyer I spoke to. Troy talked to me like I was a person, he was not negative and he explained everything so I could under...stand the process and the possible outcomes. He stayed in contact with me from 2020 -2021 while we were waiting on FOIA requests to gather all of my evidence. I submitted my SOR in the Fall of 2021 and within one month my clearance was adjudicated favorable up to TS/SCI. Troy was professional and courteous throughout the process and did not make me feel like an outcast. I highly recommend Troy to everyone for any security clearance issues.

Easy to work with. Highly Recommend

Troy assisted me in writing a response to DODCAF regarding my TS/SCI clearance. The whole process (from first contact to the submission of a Statement of Reasons to DoDCAF) was about 2 months. In the end, I was adjudicated TS/SCI. Troy was very easy to work with and he offers a reasonable price. ...Make sure you give all of the information you have to him. Highly recommend.

Expertly Handled

I needed help with a clearance issue urgently. Troy was kind enough to find a gap in his schedule to speak with me and give me a game plan explaining what and I needed to do. He helped me organize evidence and craft a response. We were able to make the deadline and I am happy to report we were succes...sful. I cannot thank Troy enough or recommend him more highly.
