Couldn't Ask for a Better Guide in the Nat. Sec. Process

Troy was instrumental in helping me prepare the best possible packet for my SF-8X process, leading to a favorable result. The whole ordeal is archaic, complicated, and strewn about with a plethora of different rules, regulations, and instructions. It is exceedingly easy to get lost, overwhelmed, or b...oth. Troy was pragmatic, punctual, and a consummate professional. On top of that, compared to many, he is certainly quite reasonable in his rates. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Troy's services, and I would certainly recommend anyone I know to avail themselves of his council in going through the whole SF-8X processes regardless of situation -- the federal government has about a million lawyers, you should have at least one.

Saved my Security Clearance Eligibility & Career

Awesome Lawyer with extensive knowledge of Security Clearances

I hired Troy Nussbaum in 2020 to respond to my Letter of Intent to revoke my security clearance. I spent 4 to 6 hours contacting lawyers to handle my case and Troy was the last lawyer I spoke to. Troy talked to me like I was a person, he was not negative and he explained everything so I could under...stand the process and the possible outcomes. He stayed in contact with me from 2020 -2021 while we were waiting on FOIA requests to gather all of my evidence. I submitted my SOR in the Fall of 2021 and within one month my clearance was adjudicated favorable up to TS/SCI. Troy was professional and courteous throughout the process and did not make me feel like an outcast. I highly recommend Troy to everyone for any security clearance issues.
