Great Contracts and General Counsel

Trisha has helped me review and draft many contracts over the last few years. She is knowledgeable and responsive. Many times I have requested unreasonably quick turnarounds and she has always done her best to help me negotiate my business dealings in a timely and professional manner. In addit...ion to drafting contracts, she has also helped me with general legal advisement in my business. Trisha has counseled me on how to minimize legal risks for myself and my company. I've very grateful for all the work she has done with my business and look forward to doing a lot more with her in the future.

Excellent Contract Writing

I run a company that produces events and outdoor game activities. We were in need of a contract that we could use for our clients that would cover a number of different bases. Liability is always a concern with activities but we also generate a lot of photographic and video content during the course ...of our events that we wanted to have the right to use in our promotional campaigns. Trisha was very helpful and especially knowledgable about the ins and outs of media releases. She was very responsive and worked with us on a couple of iterations to incorporate all of our needs. We had a finished contract within a week and it has served us well ever since.

Trisha Newman was extremely helpful with my case. She had previously worked with clients who came in to the same trouble as I had and was very informed. She made sure I understood what I had to do and explained to me, in great detail, any questions or clarifications I presented her with regards to ...my charges. This was my first offense and I was extremely naive about the court system. Trisha was amazing and understanding and went above and beyond any expectations I had for a lawyer. I am very grateful I was able to work with her.
