GREAT JOB SUSAN -

After being caught in a DUI checkpoint with the lowest possible .08 illegal reading I hired Ms. Haber immediately. She represented me exceptionally well throughout the entire LAPD and DMV processs. Although I did not get away completely Scott free I believe her advice and the resulting legal cons...equences were absolutely the best outcome I could reasonably hope for. Great job Susan!

Your search is over. Susan Haber is absolutely the best you'll find!

Susan Haber was absolutely stellar in the representation she provided me! I have no doubt that had she not been working on my behalf, I would be in police custody right now with many years of probation hanging over my head rather than writing this review. Here’s what I experienced with Susan as my... attorney. • She was patient and took the time to speak with me about the details of my case. • She was thorough in her investigation of my case history. • She was understanding and sympathetic of my situation. • She defended me fiercely. • When she spoke to the judge, she brought attention to inconsistencies, requested remedies, and seemed to argue each point leaving no stone unturned. By the time Susan was done she had achieved the following. • She was able to convince the judge to recall the bench warrant issued for my arrest more than two years earlier on a third DUI conviction. • She was able to persuade the judge that my summary probation should be immediately terminated without my needing to serve ANY time in custody. • She successfully argued to remove the court's requirement for me to attend an 18-month alcohol program. • She was able to get my costs reduced by half. To be fair, and in the interest of full disclosure, my case was complicated. I had previously served some time in jail and my case involved additional priors. Yet, Susan was able to parse through all this and still argue for time served due to inconsistencies she was able to find. She took information that was available to my previous attorney, a public defender, which he missed entirely. She took the time to understand the specifics of the case and was astute and experienced enough to bring these issues to light. She acted masterfully in my defense and continued to argue the specifics of her findings even when the judge seemed to push back. I believe anyone facing a DUI or DWI case would be remiss by not taking advantage of the strengths and benefits Susan brings to the table. In short, I could not have wished for a better outcome and am eternally grateful to her for taking the time and effort that she did. Susan's experience, commitment, and expertise made the difference in giving me my life back.

Very Highly Recommend

I called The Kavinoky Law Firm after I was charged with a DUI in May 2018. Calling them was the best thing I could have done. Susan Haber became my lawyer, and I can not recommend her highly enough. Ms. Haber worked hard to reduce all my charges and the judge lowered my sentence. Her successful repr...esentation allows me to continue teaching without having a DUI show up on my record. She worked incredibly hard and delivered. Not only did she get me the greatest possible outcome, but she really cared about me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. This put me at ease during a scary time. I am so grateful for Ms. Haber and the The Kavinoky Law Firm team. They work magic. Great attorney who cares and is invested

Susan's work ethic is truly unmatched! Due to her dedication and willingness to see the case through she was able to argue a case for military diversion and win! Her time, knowledge, and tremendous amount of preparation was what made the difference and ultimately led to overturning a previous plea. T...hank you so much!
