A top notch criminal defense attorney

Recently, a family member found himself facing possible misdemeanor or felony charges resulting from a self-defense incident. We were extremely concerned and finally hired Susan Habber at the recommendation of a top notch civil attorney familiar with her. That was the best decision we made and we nev...er looked back. Susan has many years of experience as a defense attorney and has spent many years working in the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. I can't emhpasize the degree of confidence Susan and her team gave us. She listened patiently to our fears and concerns and always promptly returned our calls and emails. Susan gave us an incredible amount of cofidence and did not disappoint. Susan is a no nonsense straight shooter who knows the intracacies of assult and criminal law. Based on the facts of the case, she advocated a soft defense that would not result in self incrimination. Despite our fears and doubts, she turned out to be 100% correct. We were way too emotional to make rational decisions and she was able to explain to us the best possible strategy with incrdible conviction. Susan conducted an outstanding defense and after 3 months, she was able to secure the only outcome we were looking for: dismissal of the case! We wholeheartedly recommend Susan and her team to anyone needing the best possible criminal defense. We are greatfull to Susan and her team. Susan Haber is the only criminal defense attorney you need to call.

Lawyer of My Choice

Susan Haber, Attorney at Law at Kavinoky Law Firm handled my DUI case. It was a total success. During the whole process I was receiving excellent service and legal advice. Thanks to Susan’s professionalism, persistence and diligence, DUI charge in court was reduced to Excessive Speeding. Moreover, Su...san Haber won my DMV hearing case and restored my driving privileges. I would highly recommend Susan Haber to handle DUI cases in Court and DMV hearings.

Susan Haber - exceptional in every way!

Mrs. Haber is extremely knowledgable and experienced in her field. Her deep experience working within the LA County court system was incredibly valuable. Specifically, we worked closely with Mrs. Haber for several months in 2020 on a felony charge for one of our family members. She treated us empa...thetically and took much extra time to explain to us the law, her recommended path forward, and why it made sense. We put our faith in her and it paid off, but it was by no means easy to implement or achieve successfully. Throughout this process, she guided us expertly and cautioned us as needed about the time consuming and often emotional ups and downs of the process. Very importantly, we could see in the court proceedings that Mrs. Haber and the judge had mutual respect for each other, and this is clearly a critical element as she made our case to the judge. In the end, we feel a miracle occurred in the outcome of our case. It was the best possible outcome, but we know that miracle is due directly to the expertise, credibility, integrity and professionalism with which Mrs. Haber guided our case and engaged in the courtroom. The result changed our life for the better, and several weeks later, it is still sinking in how fortunate we have been to work with Mrs. Haber.

Fantastic Lawyer

I hired Susan when I was charged with a supposed DUI. She explained everything very clearly so I knew what to expect and was very thorough in my investigation and in my trial. I won my license back thanks to her. Highly recommend.
