They're very good at one thing that's for sure; charging for services. Now, getting the job started or completed that's a whole different story. Speaking from personal experience here, find someone else, do NOT hire these guys. You'll be just giving your money away. My loss $2,500 paid in advance... ed of course. Hire them to help with my divorce. Try calling them, it's $100 dollars for every single call, no lie I have the contract that specifies. There's no compassion here, highway robbery is more like it. I am going to BBB also. Needs to be done.

I was connected with Stephanie after initially hiring another firm through my legal plan at work. They shuddered their doors and punted me to Stephanie for two cases: one a traffic case, one a legal name change for my minor child. For over a month I heard nothing on either one, so I called the t...raffic court to find out if I had a hearing scheduled and when; my previous attorney was also extremely poor at communicating and I couldn't get anything out of Stephanie, so I was getting a little nervous. Well, I learned that I did in fact have a hearing and it was in TWO days. They also informed me that they did not have Stephanie on record as my attorney so didn't have her information to notify her of the hearing. So she hadn't even contacted them yet and was not aware of my hearing, which probably would have been missed if I hadn't picked up the phone. When I informed her of the hearing, she tried to act like she knew but it's simply not possible since the court hadn't notified her. So #1: she lies. Then I asked her to request a copy of the officer's dashcam footage for months and I got no response. When I asked for updates, I was basically told "Don't call us, we'll call you." Wow. After MONTHS of asking for updates on the name change, I finally expressed how frustrated and dissatisfied I was and got the first decent email of the entire engagement from Stephanie. It basically said she understood the frustration and she would "check" where the name change case was (all I'd asked is if the request had actually been FILED, but... shouldn't she know that?). Nearly a week later and no "update" as promised, so I decided to move on, but before I had the new attorney, she did send another email that chastised me because a form I'd completed was supposedly not complete and now all the delays were MY fault (she'd had these forms for months and I'd even asked for confirmation of receipt and that everything was ok and got NOTHING; zero response). So that's when I told her "you're done". And of course, I got more emails after I fired her than I did the entire time she was supposedly "working" for me. She criticized me as too impatient and unreasonable and told me what a mistake I was making in not just dealing with her deception and ineptitude (LOL). Sorry, Steph, but... hard pass. Bottom line: She lies and has the absolute worst communication. When you do get it, expect curt and rude. No attention to detail and no follow through. RUN RUN RUN away from this woman.

I dont know where to begin This atty is not truthfull not credible and will down right lie to you her communication skills are non existent i ended up with a judgement against me for her not showing up to court and her failure to file motions on my behalf i wont go into specifics but BEWARE Y...OUVE BEEN WARNED

Can you do half a star or no star. I don't even know where to begin this attorney is a liar does not pay attention to detail as she did not get my petition done and filed right(I had to hire another attorney to get it done right and fix everything she did wrong). She told me she hired a process serve...r weeks ago, but found out that she never did hire a server at all, so my ex did not get served and time is everything in a case. As this was a child custody case and its the first one to the punch. She made mistake after mistake and she charges $400 A HOUR!!! You would think a attorney at that price is excellent, WRONG. Please stay far away from this attorney, there are way better attorneys for less $$$ out there
