Stephanie Renee Holan

I worked with Stephanie Holan on my family law case. While the case ultimately reached a final order, communication throughout the process was difficult. I often had to follow up multiple times to receive updates about my case, including information about the status of the final order after the heari...ng. I recently learned that the final order had been submitted without prior communication to me, which was surprising given that it involved important decisions about my child. As a client, timely communication and transparency are very important in family law matters. I appreciate the work that was done on the case, but I would have preferred clearer communication and updates during the process.

I hired Stephanie for a child custody case to try to change/lift a geographic restriction. She assured me it could be done, despite the fact that it was not legally possible, and she knew that. She took over $14,000 from me and consistently provided false and misleading legal advice that damaged m...y case and made me look incompetent in court. She did not show up to my scheduled pretrial hearing, then told me it had been rescheduled—when in reality, the hearing had already taken place without her. I held off on writing this review while pursuing a formal grievance with the state bar. That process has concluded, and she is now on probated suspension, which is public record. This attorney is careless, misleading, and unprofessional. Do not hire her. If you care about your case, your money, or your sanity, find another lawyer immediately.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Stephanie Holan’s representation, as she failed to prioritize my case after being hired. Her negligence resulted in significant losses, and now my child is placed in a perilous situation every other weekend. Had she been transparent with me, I could have secured a mor...e dedicated attorney. During her three week tenure, Stephanie Holan failed to take any action regarding my case. Despite frequent calls to her office, I was unable to reach her. I do not recommend Stephanie Holan. She will make many empty promises and she will not deliver on any of them.

Can you do half a star or no star. I don't even know where to begin this attorney is a liar does not pay attention to detail as she did not get my petition done and filed right(I had to hire another attorney to get it done right and fix everything she did wrong). She told me she hired a process serve...r weeks ago, but found out that she never did hire a server at all, so my ex did not get served and time is everything in a case. As this was a child custody case and its the first one to the punch. She made mistake after mistake and she charges $400 A HOUR!!! You would think a attorney at that price is excellent, WRONG. Please stay far away from this attorney, there are way better attorneys for less $$$ out there

A friend referred me to Stephanie 9pm when my hearing was the next morning at 9am. Stephanie took the case; showed up at the hearing even though it was so last minute and gave me hope. She is a force of strength and not only knows the law thoroughly; she genuinely cares. I don't know what will happen... in my case but I have every confidence she will continue to do everything she can for myself and the well-being of my children.
