I also represent claimants who have applied for Social Security Disabililty / SSI and have been denied in the initial stage. This office will assist those individuals in submitting the application for an appeal and for a hearing by an Administrative Law Judge. I provide representation for those individuals at the hearing, and there is NO FEE for the services unless I am successful.
Finally I practice in the area of juvenile dependency law. In CPS cases in which your children have been removed from your home based on accusations claiming your children are neglected, abused, or endangered, you should seek legal help quickly. This office can assist in these type of matters.
