Where do I even start regarding the absolute talent Michelanne is. I had the pleasure of hiring her for my DM case early March 2023. My case involved a lot of moving parts against my child's father. She not only was a pleasure to work with, but she shined in the courtroom. I was on the stand for almo...st three hours(cross examined by other council) and thanks to her encouragement and helpful tips, I was able to handle myself and share my side of the incident clearly. Being in a courtroom for the first time in my life was difficult, yet she managed to not only coach me, but do it in a manner that was sincere and delicate. She listened to all of my concerns (and boy did I have alot) and never made me feel as if I was wasting her time like other lawyers I interviewed. Meeting someone who truly loves what they do and fights for you until the very end is what everyone deserves in a legal representative. Even though the outcome was not in my favor, we fought extremely hard up to the very end. And for that, I am forever grateful and would without a second thought hire her again for all of my family court related needs. Oh Michelanne where do I begin. I first met Michelanne in 2019 when I needed an adoption attorney. After many attorneys told me they weren’t familiar with surrogacies abroad and the ones that did cost a leg and an arm, Michelanne took the adoption on. Later my same sex marriage took an unexpected tur...n and Michaelanne has been there ever since to help me through a messy divorce with a cop! Michelanne has handled everything from divorce, adoption from surrogacy abroad, restraining orders, and has even helped me get the right attorney when things turned into the civil court. I am beyond grateful for having Michelanne as my attorney. Michelanne has fought for me so hard and I am very happy with the outcomes. Michelanne is not your typical greedy attorney, while she still needs to make a living she is fair in her fees. Finally, an attorney who doesn't lead with her pocketbook. While we all need to earn a living, she pursues justice first, understanding that in so doing, the compensation follows. I have had opposite experiences with lesser attorneys, believe me. In my humble opinion, this dynamic, professional ...young lady gives us hope for future generations of lawyers. Let's hope she expands to teaching her craft someday. I found her first and foremost to be fair, honest, and empathetic. She listened to the mechanics of my case and understands that there are often underlying characteristics that add to the issue. She is passionate about her work, her mission, which I believe is to restore a measure of fairness to an arena that all-too-often has become one-sided, favoring one parent over the other and/or the stigma in many legal issues of "this is how it is because its how we say it is". I would recommend her without reservation to anyone in need of outstanding legal assistance.

Michelanne is the most genuine, realistic, attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful family law practice lawyer you can find. If it was not for Mochelanne my daughter and I would not have the wonderful life we have today. If it was not for Michelanne I would not have gotten out of an abusi...ve relationship and I would not have received sole legal and physical custody of my daughter. I live in Ohio and retained Ms. Hrubic over the phone as my case was filed in Riverside California and did not have the time or money to travel to California just to hire an attorney.
