Shaun is an absolutely phenomenal attorney. My girlfriend and I were facing a landlord-tenant dispute, and Shaun was recommended to us. From the first moment, he proved to be a very thoughtful and attentive listener, and was able to think critically about potential solutions. And in the end, he was a...ble to help us reach an agreement that made great legal and financial sense on both sides, so everyone was happy. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable from both the landlord and tenant sides, so I would strongly recommend him for either type of case. Lastly, he is just a very friendly, personable, and honest attorney, and is very responsive. I really cannot recommend him enough.

Shaun is the best attorney I have ever seen. He is very honest, superbly sharp, knowledgeable about every law and loopholes, and extremely caring. He got me the eviction from court very strategically. But the tenant kept on intimidating everyone with bits and pieces of law. 3 constables back out an...d said they are afraid they will lose their licese over her. Even sheriff didn’t want to deal with her. Shaun took everything in his hand when I basically gave up. He never gave up. The tenant went to court sometimes couple of time a day and Shaun followed her. He made sure on the day of eviction he would be present with all the paperwork. I dealt with many attorneys, honestly I have never seen an attorney with heart. someone who would go this far to make sure you win. All with an extremely reasonable rate and many times he just didn’t charge me. You don’t go wrong with him and would immediately feel you have someone who cares more for your case than yourself.

I emailed Shaun for advice before signing a lease in a situation that was unusual so I wanted to be extra careful, ending my note by saying I would call him later same day to follow up. He responded to my call about 4 hours later, having already reviewed the lease I attached to my note. He was warm..., knowledgeable, clear and relateable. Good guy!

I was in a dispute with a landlord that could potentially have become so costly that it might have bankrupted my family. When the situation escalated rapidly in the following week, I called Shaun who was able to come to the property within 48 hours to see first-hand what was happening, and once retained actually was filing motions with a judge on my behalf within a couple of days. Based on Shaun's advice and actions in the court, both the facts and legal implications of the entire situation were so clear to all parties that we reached an agreement that ended the whole problem and we were all able to proceed with no further dispute or expense. I would definitely go back to Shaun for any legal issue, and would strongly recommend him to others.
