TSA NOV Civil Penalty

After I accidently forgot to take my Pistol out of my Computer bag , I received a NOV from the TSA . The civil penalty amount was $4,950.00 crazy high , with an offer to settle for $2,475.00 . I researched my legal options and I found Mr. Klippel , and read tons of these reviews on AVVO . I emailed h...im over the weekend and he reached out to me by phone on Monday at 9.00 a.m. . he explained and clarified everything I had researched . He also explained and to told me how to handle it on my own . He then told me exactly what he could get the fine reduced to which was $1,247.00 . I hired him at a very reasonable fee of $400.0 and paid him around Lunch on that same Monday . Around 10.00 a.m. Tuesday the very next day , I received a negotiated settlement of $1,247.00 just as he had told me . I went on line and paid the penalty just after lunch on that same Tuesday and the case was settled . The whole process was only about 28 hours from the first time Mr. Klippel and I spoke on the phone . Even with his fee He saved me $828.00. I highly recommend NOV Defense and Mr. Klippel if you find yourself in this situation . You will not find a more Knowledgeable Lawyer or firm on these matters .

Very Professional

If you have a TSA NOV, Scott is the attorney you want to represent you. He was able to answer all my questions and resolved my case quickly and for less than half of the original fine amount. The same day as my consultation he had the case was resolved.

Provided Insight, Expertise, and Peace of Mind

If you're reading this you most likely found yourself in the same unfortunate situation I did. THREE years after the incident, I received the NOV letter in the mail. After a few days of researching what to do, I found myself on this site and reading the reviews like you're reading now. I called the n...umber, Mr. Scott answered right away and then gave me the rundown of what everything would look like. We set up a time in the morning on the following day to talk through the case, and by the afternoon everything was settled with TSA. It was undoubtedly the best decision I could've made. He was professional, efficient, and handled everything for me. He did everything he said he would do and was able to save me hundreds of dollars. Very grateful for him!

This is your go-to guy!

Scott is very thorough and detailed every step of the way. He knows exactly what to do and what to expect. I always have follow up questions, but never had any after each discussion with him. I called and retained him on a Thursday, had a follow up call that Sunday, and the case was closed by Monday ...afternoon. I didn't have to do anything, amd he made it so easy. We were initially tempted to just pay TSA's reduced fine amount, because we didnt want to deal with court and such. I am so glad we found Scott, because not only was it a breeze, we were able to save $800+ on our TSA fine!
