*** TOTALLY IMPRESSED ***

TOTALLY IMPRESSED When you find yourself on the "wrong side of the law" with a stupid mistake, it's common to try to figure out how to lessen the blow of a sledge-hammer fine. That's exactly what Scott Klippel was able to do for me. In less than 6 hours after I contacted Scott (I may be the ex...ception), Scott contacted me via phone and comprehensively quizzed my circumstances to characterize my error, contacted TSA (* save yourself the headache, do not respond to TSA yourself, Scott will do all the legwork *), negotiated a settlement 1/4th of the original fine level, so that I could pay the fine via internet. DONE same day! Scott's "bedside manners" are impeccable, he knows exactly what needs to be said (and unsaid) so just let him guide you for the fastest and best resolution possible. He's been on both sides of the situation (4500+ times on the TSA side) so you're in good hands, start to finish.

Hire Scott!

I received my Notice of Violation 2 years after bringing my firearm through security. Of course it came at the worst time financially for me but I was so relieved that the notice was offering a $2000 pay off instead of the $4000 fee. Plus I thought to myself “hey, you brought the gun and this is your... punishment- at least you didn’t go to jail!” Right? I had a million questions about whether I was able to fly this whole time and if I was on some restricted list... which led me to Scott’s website. I hadn’t even considered a further reduction in the fee at that time. I read the reviews and requested a phone call. I’m so thankful for Scott. The process was insanely easy! We had a quick 5 minute discussion the first day, I then paid his $350 charge and he called me the following day to go into actual detail about my case. That phone call was at most 20 minutes. He submitted the paperwork to TSA and we got an acceptance response within 24 hours that they would accept $1000 to close the case. I saved $650 using Scott, saved myself many wasted hours on Google and writing into TSA myself. Scott has so much knowledge and confidence. Hire Scott!

Amazing to Work With!

I hired Mr. Klippel in February 2019 and my case was closed in February 2021. He emailed me every month with updates for the entirety of the two years and always kept me in the loop. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Kl...ippel!

Thank you so much. Everyone reading this should know that this client hired me right after the incident at the airport took place. It took TSA over 2 years to file the Notice of Violation. Every month I checked with TSA to see if they had filed the NOV. When they hadn't, I emailed my client stating that the NOV hadn't been filed and I'd check again next month. Finally, when it was filed, I was able to settle the case immediately, even before my client got the NOV in the mail.
