NOV Lawyer

Unfortunately, I accidentally left my loaded firearm in a hidden compartment within my backpack. TSA stopped me and I was subsequently issued a NOV (Notice of Violation). I found Scott's information online and hired him to represent me. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He warned me ...of the extreme delays and said not to worry. He gave me specific instructions and also coached me up on how to avoid another violation in the future. This was simply a dumb mistake, but he gave me a real-world solution on how to remind myself that I have my firearm in my backpack. Like Scott mentioned, it took TSA over 2 years to issue the NOV. He handled it immediately, got my civil penalty reduced, and settled the case pretty much immediately. I will refer him to anyone that needs his services.

TSA NOV - Resolution

I hired Scott to resolve a TSA NOV - that I felt needed to be handled swiftly. Scott was responsive and effective in his communications. Our discussions were very helpful and information and highly effective. Scott knows the law, the processes, and what to expect with extreme confidence. The ...matter was settled within about a weeks time - which I found astonishing. I felt comfortable talking and communicating with Scott throughout the process. I hope I don't need Scott's services again - but would not hesitate to hire him again if the need were to arise. He is particularly good with these TSA NOV's.

Friendly and effective

I received a notice from TSA telling me to pay up to $3000 for carrying a pistol into an airport (not my brightest moment). After contacting a local lawyer for the court case he recommended Scott for the civil penalties. I contacted Scott on a Wednesday, we spoke, he stated exactly what would happen ...with my case and by the following Monday it was resolved. Hopefully I don't need his services again but wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

Delivers on his promise. Simply the best at what he does.

Very experienced and an expert what he does. Most likely because he now works directly with TSA prosecutors, a job he once held. Answers his own phone. Very surprised that he conducts all of his business from his home in Israel. Very proactive. Settled my case very fast. Faster than TSA. I would cons...ider no one else

True Professional

I tend to be a skeptic when hiring and or dealing with people and companies on line. Especially those who reside in other countries. But Scott put me at ease from the very beginning, both with his knowledge of the subject at hand, and his quick and concise explanation of exactly what I had just gon...e through without even having heard my story. It is rare to run across, and or do business with someone of his caliber for such a reasonable fee. After speaking to him the first time I felt he and his abilities and knowledge were "too good to be true" so I followed up on some of the reference sites and found that he was indeed legit. He not only met, but exceeded my expectations and hopes by reducing my fee significantly, and more importantly keeping up to speed with constant communications throughout the very short process. He literally took and issue that would have taken me weeks to maneuver through, and completed the task within just one day, and for less than I would have been able to negotiate for. Just not enough room here for how much I appreciate him for taking away the stress and dread so quickly!! Don't be a skeptic, you can trust this guy!
