TSA NOV SETTLED AS PROMISED

Law abiding citizen here and gun owner that made a mistake. I have no record. I am the sole provider for a family of 5. And when I got an NOV from the TSA 34 months after my incident, I was flabbergasted, stressed, anxious, scared, you name it. Then I had to decide what to do. They give you 5 op...tions. Well, there is a 6th option...HIRE SCOTT! Based on the extensive research that I did and the experience that I had with him I can assure you there is NO ONE more equipped or experienced that you can hire to handle your case. This is all Scott does. He is quick, efficient, honest and responsive. Unfortunately I will never get to work with him again because I will NEVER have to go through this again. Carabiner on, carabiner off. Let Scott handle your little problem for you and you'll find out what I mean.

Scott is legit!

In September of 2021, I mistakenly brought a firearm in my carry on luggage to Fort Lauderdale airport. Apparently I joined an elite club of people that are not paying attention. Having my CCL was the only thing that kept me from going to jail. Immediately during the incident, the TSA supervisor at ...the airport told me that these fines range from $4000-$10,000 just in civil penalties. This is the first run in with the law that I have ever experienced, and I'm 46 years old. I found Scott here on Avvo and thought it was necessary to at least contact him with my situation. He called me immediately and after only speaking to him for a few minutes, I retained him. In fact, he called and emailed almost every day communicating what was happening and what were the next steps. If you're thinking about hiring Scott because you ran into trouble with TSA.. he's a retired Attorney and counsel for TSA and reduced my fee by 78%!!!! ~ Yes... 78%! RETAIN HIM NOW!

TSA Gun Violation

IMuch like everyone who has been caught with a gun at the airport, it can be a intimidating experience. I contacted Scott and he quickly resolved my situation with reduced fine. Please use him, you will not regret it.

TSA Wonder-worker

Reporting to the airport at 4:30 in the morning, I totally forgot to take my gun out of my purse. The resulting TSA fine was high, even if I paid early. After researching on the internet, we found Mr. Klippel and he handled my case quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We ended only having to ...pay about 20% of the original fine amount. If you have any issues with TSA, he is definitely the man for the job.

Hire Scott!

I received my Notice of Violation 2 years after bringing my firearm through security. Of course it came at the worst time financially for me but I was so relieved that the notice was offering a $2000 pay off instead of the $4000 fee. Plus I thought to myself “hey, you brought the gun and this is your... punishment- at least you didn’t go to jail!” Right? I had a million questions about whether I was able to fly this whole time and if I was on some restricted list... which led me to Scott’s website. I hadn’t even considered a further reduction in the fee at that time. I read the reviews and requested a phone call. I’m so thankful for Scott. The process was insanely easy! We had a quick 5 minute discussion the first day, I then paid his $350 charge and he called me the following day to go into actual detail about my case. That phone call was at most 20 minutes. He submitted the paperwork to TSA and we got an acceptance response within 24 hours that they would accept $1000 to close the case. I saved $650 using Scott, saved myself many wasted hours on Google and writing into TSA myself. Scott has so much knowledge and confidence. Hire Scott!
