Upfront and honest

Accidentally left a pistol in my bag and took the bag on a trip with me. TSA made me nervous with the way they treated me. Of course before I even got on my flight I was looking online for a lawyer and found TSA NOV defense in multiple sights and searches. Contacted him immediately and he calmed me a...nd said wait to see what they say. Within a month I received my Nov with $3k fine exactly like he said it would be I quickly paid his retainer/fee and he got to work and got me down to $750 fine with $250 retainer /fee And TSA agreed and saved me $2000 the whole time was just upfront honest and professional

TSA NOV

Scott’s an expert in the process and had my full confidence from our first contact to final closure. Navigating a reduced penalty on your own would be time consuming and cumbersome. Especially since the average person doesn’t have direct access like he does. His fee is 100% worth it!

Excellent services

Scott provided excellent detailed services. It was quick and to the point. He did what he said he would as we discussed the case. I'm grateful for his services and I would recommend him.

Completely sastified

Scott was helpful and informative from the start. He took the time to fully explain what he would do and what he believed would happen and what the timeframe was - it happened as he explained. I hope to meet him sometime.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
