Jerry

We didn’t know what to do after my wife had accidentally forgotten her pistol was in her purse as we prepared to go through TSA screening before our flight. She was pulled to the side, taken to police office and informed of actions that would happen. After we got her Notice Of Violation and the fine ...amount after impatiently waiting for about a year, we were shocked! Not knowing what to do I googled information to help us and came across NOVDefense. I was a little worried about getting scammed but after looking up Scott and speaking to him we felt a lot better. We retained him and are extremely happy with the amount that the case was settled for and quickly. Best decision we could have made for this unfortunate situation. I would recommend him strongly if needed. Thanks again, Jerry

TSA firearm violation

I mistakenly attempted to take a firearm through a TSA screening at the airport. I engaged Scott to handle and he was able to reduce my fine by half and handled everything from start to finish so I did not have to lift a finger. Highly recommend!

Friendly and effective

I received a notice from TSA telling me to pay up to $3000 for carrying a pistol into an airport (not my brightest moment). After contacting a local lawyer for the court case he recommended Scott for the civil penalties. I contacted Scott on a Wednesday, we spoke, he stated exactly what would happen ...with my case and by the following Monday it was resolved. Hopefully I don't need his services again but wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

HUGE Help in moment of Forgetfulness

I hired Scott from a friend's recommendation that had used Scott, after I had forgotten to remove my firearm from my backpack from a recent out of town business trip where I drove and could take my firearm. I was flying to another location and forgot to remove it. The TSA "reminded me" that I had f...orgotten to remove it before entering the TSA line. To my great astonishment, I had a situation that called on legal representation and was thankful Scott came to the rescue. Scott settled my case with the TSA within a couple of days of hiring him. If you find yourself in the situation I was in, I would recommend reaching out to Scott who is familiar with the TSA. His fee is well worth utilizing his expertise to deal with the TSA rather than doing it yourself.
