Highly recommend

My husband and I hired Scott to help us with a TSA violation, and we are so glad that we did. He was able to quickly negotiate a lower fine for us when the cards were not in our favor. He was knowledgeable and very up front on what we could expect. I am an attorney myself so my expectations were s...omewhat high, and Scott certainly met those expectations. I highly recommend hiring him if you have any issues with TSA.

Sorry you have to be here but you're in good hands

I was in need of an attorney to help me with my Civil penalty from the TSA. This was my primary headache and worry until the first conversation with attorney Klippel. He provided candid and concrete advice and guaranteed his services. He put my mind at ease after the initial consult. His experience &... track record in these cases specifically reassured me I was in good hands, and he delivered on every word. I handed this problem over to him and the process, cost and resolution were exactly as we discussed/anticipated from the initial consult. My highest recommendation for anyone in a similar situation. Up front, transparent, candid and understanding. Fees were disclosed up front and are fair and reasonable and saved me money and a huge headache. I hope to never have to but if I ever need such services in future, this is exactly who I would seek out and trust to handle it. Absolutely stellar service, and a great and easy attorney to work with. A thousand thanks

Quick and Effective Defense

Back in 2020, I accidently took a legal carry pistol through security at my local airport. It was detected by the TSA agents who called local police to confiscate my firearm, after which they allowed me on my way. Didn't even miss my flight. However, two years later I received a Final TSA Notice of ...Violation stating I owed $4100.00 in fines and penalties. My wife did research on how to handle such a civil violation and came across Scott Klippel's Web site. She reviewed him on AVVO and decided to contact him about my case. We were concerned he wouldn't be able to help as I had already requested a formal hearing. But, after a couple of emails and a quick conversation, I decided to hire Scott to adjudicate my case. Scott was extremely helpful and very upfront about what my options where and how to proceed. He was upfront with his fees and what I could expect as far as the proceeding and what I would end up paying. Scott was able to reduce my fine and get the formal hearing request dismissed. I have worked with many lawyers in my life and Scott was by the easiest and most straightforward one I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If you ever find yourself in the position of accidently carrying your legal firearm through a TSA security checkpoint, contact Scott right away, He knows the law and how best to serve. It was unbelievable how quickly Scott was able to resolve my case. 5 Stars all the way.
