Fast and Professional

Mr. Klippel himself answered on the first ring and my TSA NOV was settled and resolved within hours the same day and for half of the discounted settlement offer (or a quarter of the original fine). I was skeptical when I happened upon his website online, but I was able to quickly verify through the b...ar association website that he is licensed and legimate. So glad I called!

True Professional

I tend to be a skeptic when hiring and or dealing with people and companies on line. Especially those who reside in other countries. But Scott put me at ease from the very beginning, both with his knowledge of the subject at hand, and his quick and concise explanation of exactly what I had just gon...e through without even having heard my story. It is rare to run across, and or do business with someone of his caliber for such a reasonable fee. After speaking to him the first time I felt he and his abilities and knowledge were "too good to be true" so I followed up on some of the reference sites and found that he was indeed legit. He not only met, but exceeded my expectations and hopes by reducing my fee significantly, and more importantly keeping up to speed with constant communications throughout the very short process. He literally took and issue that would have taken me weeks to maneuver through, and completed the task within just one day, and for less than I would have been able to negotiate for. Just not enough room here for how much I appreciate him for taking away the stress and dread so quickly!! Don't be a skeptic, you can trust this guy!

TSA NOV SETTLED AS PROMISED

Law abiding citizen here and gun owner that made a mistake. I have no record. I am the sole provider for a family of 5. And when I got an NOV from the TSA 34 months after my incident, I was flabbergasted, stressed, anxious, scared, you name it. Then I had to decide what to do. They give you 5 op...tions. Well, there is a 6th option...HIRE SCOTT! Based on the extensive research that I did and the experience that I had with him I can assure you there is NO ONE more equipped or experienced that you can hire to handle your case. This is all Scott does. He is quick, efficient, honest and responsive. Unfortunately I will never get to work with him again because I will NEVER have to go through this again. Carabiner on, carabiner off. Let Scott handle your little problem for you and you'll find out what I mean.

Candid, responsive and honest

Scott represented me on a TSA violation. He provided excellent representation and guideance throughout the process. He was direct and candid. He set reasonable expectations for the likely outcome, but did not shy away from the more challenging aspects of my case [incorrect information included in TSA...'s citation document]. In the end, he accomplished everything he committed and a couple things I only hoped would be possible. Despite a significant difference in timezone, he was responsive and moved the process along at a very quick pace. His pricing was exceptionally fair. I highly recommend Scott Klippel.

TSA NOV ASSISTANCE W/REMARKABLE RESULTS

I found Scott@TSANOVDefense by accident when researching how to best deal with my TSA NOV. After emailing Scott we set up a phone consultation time to review the details of my case and Scott agreed to represent me. Scott is very knowledgeable and congenial as well as a no nonsense kind of guy. His... expertise in this field is unmatched based on my search for an informed TSA NOV attorney. I highly recommend Scott as the go to lawyer for TSA NOV legal defense! As a result of Scott's representation I saved $900 off the base line settlement the TSA offered. I could not be more content with my interaction and the results of working with Scott.
