Best of the best and CASE RESOLVED ASAP!

my heart sank when I went through TSA and my bag was pulled for additional screening only to realize that I had taken my gun out of my truck and left it in the bag I was going through the airport with. I was lucky and no police charges, but was notified of the MASSIVE Fine I would be getting in the m...ail. I was referred to Scott by a friend who did the exact same thing. He said Scott Walked him through the entire process and took the anxiety out of the situation, but was transparent about next steps. And that is exactly what happened with me. Scott knows how to help you- I didn't want to run the risk of self representing and appealing this fine and it taking up to a year to resolve. Scott was able to help me in a matter of 48 hours- case closed, and I was able to reduce the fine down to an MUCH MUCH MUCH better rate than what TSA originally presented. Do not have any hesitations he will walk you through step by step and help you get this knocked down as low as it can possibly go. 100% Recommend Scott if you made the same mistake I did.

Fast and efficient!

Like most people that hire Scott, I accidentally brought a firearm to a TSA checkpoint. Do not hesitate to hire Scott if this happens to you. His communication and explanation of what will happen next was top notch. His lawyer fee was worth how easy this whole process became, let alone chopping the a...mount I owed the IRS in half. Don’t fret, hire Scott!

Scott Klippel, whom I hired to help me work through an issue I had with the TSA. He was professional and explained all issues and possibilities with my particular case. He was thorough in his explanation and was able to put me at ease knowing he had extensive experience with my specific type of TSA v...iolation. Scott was able to dramatically reduce my fine and had it completely resolved and case closed within days of our original conversation.

Peace of Mind!

Scott is a real pro! I cannot begin to thank him enough! I never imagined that I would be in the situation where I was rushing out the door to the airport without doing the most basic thing: checking my bag for prohibited items. I take my bag with me everywhere without checking it and habit patterns ...are just that, habits. It wasn't until the shutdown of the line that I had realized what I had failed to do. That's when the panic set in and tears started slowly flowibg down my face despite trying to maintain composure. When I returned home and received the NOV, I looked online for an attorney and Scott was the first name that popped up. I decided to send him a message despite my husband's hesitation. What did I have to lose as this point? Scott contacted me quickly thereafter, I told him the fine amount and he practically knew the situation simply based on that alone. I was impressed! He explained his background, answered questions, and marked all the boxes that would put my mind at ease. Could it be this smooth after all that had happened? I decided to give it a go and I hired Scott and yes, it was that smooth! Within less than a week, the case was settled for far less than the original amount charged, paid, and here we are! Scott isn't just good! He's the best, especially if you're looking for peace of mind after a silly life mistake like this!
