Super easy process

Nothing is worse than the sinking feeling I got when I realized I had accidentally left my firearm in my bag at the airport. I immediately began looking into my options. I came across Scott on the internet and after reading MANY reviews decided to work with him to resolve the matter. Scott is EXTREME...LY responsive and VERY honest and upfront. From advising not only that I could handle it on my own, but explaining how to handle it. I chose to eliminate the headache of doing it myself and hired Scott. My case was legitimately resolved and handled within a matter of hours. Scott advised me prior to retaining him what the fee would be and even gave me a guarantee that if it surpassed his quote, he'd take it off of his fees. This reinforced to me that I could in fact handle it myself since it seemed standard practice that the TSA follows particular guidelines for reducing penalties, but let's be honest.. who wants to even deal with the headache? Was an extremely painless process and is now behind me. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who finds themselves facing a notice of violation from the TSA. Thanks Scott.

TSA of a Notice of Violation

Scott is a man of his word that works with diligence and integrity. He was clear upfront about the expectations and what he was confident my fine would. I highly recommend him to represent you as counsel. I was hands-off from the time of my incident until the time for me to pay my fine. He made the w...hole process convenient and easy. 10/10!

Upfront and honest

Accidentally left a pistol in my bag and took the bag on a trip with me. TSA made me nervous with the way they treated me. Of course before I even got on my flight I was looking online for a lawyer and found TSA NOV defense in multiple sights and searches. Contacted him immediately and he calmed me a...nd said wait to see what they say. Within a month I received my Nov with $3k fine exactly like he said it would be I quickly paid his retainer/fee and he got to work and got me down to $750 fine with $250 retainer /fee And TSA agreed and saved me $2000 the whole time was just upfront honest and professional

Delivers on his promise. Simply the best at what he does.

Very experienced and an expert what he does. Most likely because he now works directly with TSA prosecutors, a job he once held. Answers his own phone. Very surprised that he conducts all of his business from his home in Israel. Very proactive. Settled my case very fast. Faster than TSA. I would cons...ider no one else
