Tsa civil case scared out of my mind.

I was extremely lucky to find Scott he was a blessing. I was totally terrified of what was to come and with most government issues there isn’t much clarity. It just felt wrong to comply with what they asked in fear of criminal charges the could come later. When my local attorneys didn’t know what t...o do, and then the best criminal one’s in my area didn’t know what to do I was at a loss and terrified with lots of lost sleep. Enter me googling for hours as a last resort and calling and networking and eventually finding Scott. Don’t mess with doing it yourself or trying to retain any other attorney save the time and the sleepless nights. I assure you if you have a TSA civil matter just let Scott do what he does he is knowledgeable with clear instructions on what to do. Thanks again Scott for giving me back sleep filled nights.

Stop Scrolling and e-mail him!

In less than 12 hours form initial contact and interview, my TSA "loaded gun at the checkpoint case" was settled. Don't think the amounts listed in your NOV are final offers-- save significantly and hire this man at once! Flat rate, fast, and professional. Do it.

No-brainer for TSA NOVs

Scott quickly/easily saved me several hundred $$ over the $2050 I would have paid TSA for accidentally having my firearm at airport security in Pittsburgh. Highly recommended.

Jerry

We didn’t know what to do after my wife had accidentally forgotten her pistol was in her purse as we prepared to go through TSA screening before our flight. She was pulled to the side, taken to police office and informed of actions that would happen. After we got her Notice Of Violation and the fine ...amount after impatiently waiting for about a year, we were shocked! Not knowing what to do I googled information to help us and came across NOVDefense. I was a little worried about getting scammed but after looking up Scott and speaking to him we felt a lot better. We retained him and are extremely happy with the amount that the case was settled for and quickly. Best decision we could have made for this unfortunate situation. I would recommend him strongly if needed. Thanks again, Jerry

Delivers on his promise. Simply the best at what he does.

Very experienced and an expert what he does. Most likely because he now works directly with TSA prosecutors, a job he once held. Answers his own phone. Very surprised that he conducts all of his business from his home in Israel. Very proactive. Settled my case very fast. Faster than TSA. I would cons...ider no one else
