He came through exactly as he explained.

Sept. 2019 I made the mistake of leaving an item in my carry on bag. I thought it was over, but then in May of 2023 I received a letter from TSA / Homeland Sec. My first mistake and they wanted $4100. I contacted Scott, he explain each expected step of the process. I did my research on him and ...he checked out so I hired him. With Scott's help, my record is clean. I've been on several flights now without any issues. Scott did what he said he would do and the penalty was exactly what he told me it would be. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Scott, and I pray you are safe back in your homeland.

The Michael Jordan of solving TSA issues. 10 star all the way.

Awesome to work with. Has above excellent knowledge of all processes used. Very smooth and efficient, responds to communication faster than any lawyer Ive ever worked with. That is award worthy in itself!! Our case was resolved in record time with no delay. He has a process that is very direct and ...streamlined, Follow it, listen , and enjoy positive outcome. When you know how the system works, you know how to work the system.Thats Scott! Respond to his questions with short brief answers so he can fully assess and advise on what needs to be done. No drama needed, no long written statements, Hes brief and on point. 10 star all the way.If you have any dealings with TSA,, you would be crazy if you did not retain him. Ive worked with attorneys and the legal system for over 20 years. Hes a benchmark that shows how things should really work! Thank you sir I appreciate your help! You rock!

Scott is very responsive, thorough, and effective - highly recommended!

I contacted Scott Klippel regarding a TSA Notice of Violation (NOV). I had several email correspondences with Scott. I would receive very thorough explanations and recommendations, often within minutes after sending them. From the time we arranged for the fee until closure with the NOV was literal...ly less than 24 hours. Scott did exactly what he advised me he could do. Very pleased!

He does what he says!

Excellent attorney!! I’ll say it up-front; IGNORE the negative reviews. Yes, he shoots straight, but that’s what you need. Our phone consultation went really well, he was spot-on when the process and what would happen. His fee and the negotiated fine were still lower than the “25% reduced fee” that t...he TSA offered. If you carried into an airport, HIRE THIS MAN!!!

Five-Star Legal Representation – Honest, Skilled, and Highly Effective

I worked with Scott Klippel on a civil penalty matter with the TSA, and I’m incredibly grateful I found him. From the beginning, he was upfront about who he was, where he lived, and even how to verify his law license. That kind of transparency gave me the peace of mind I needed before moving forward—...especially since my situation had a strict timeline and couldn’t afford delays. Scott clearly explained the entire process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest, calm, and professional throughout. One thing that really stood out was his guarantee: if he couldn’t negotiate the fine below a certain amount, he’d refund part of his fee. During the process, we hit that point—and true to his word, he laid out three options, including one where he’d reduce his fee. That kind of integrity is rare. On his recommendation, I chose to keep negotiating, and I’m so glad I did—he was able to get me a better outcome. I can’t say enough good things about how he handled my case. If you’re dealing with the TSA and want someone you can actually trust to get results, I highly recommend Scott.
