TSA issue

I recently got arrested after trying to go through the TSA precheck area because I did not realize that I had a pistol in my carry-on baggage. This is a serious offense and left me with lots of questions. I was referred to Scott Klippel by a friend who had hired Scott for a similar situation. I am... very happy with Scott and the work he did for me on this matter. He was able to answer all of my questions and also able to help me get my fine reduced.

TSA violation

Accidentally brought a firearm through a TSA checkpoint. Decided to hire Scott after talking through my options with him. He did a great job and saved me a lot of time and money. Quick and efficient. End result was exactly as promised during the consultation. Highly recommend

TSA NOV - very helpful

Scott was great to work with, even on a short timeline. Very thorough helping with my TSA-NOV for accidently carrying a handgun in my backpack to a TSA checkpoint. Everything went as he said it would.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
