I found Scott doing an internet search for my TSANOV. I was skeptical at first about hiring him, as I had never hired a lawyer before, and he was out of the country. This is a government agency we are dealing with here. Honestly, I have a lot of respect for Scott. I was scared about doing this, and also about what had happened with TSA in the first place. There is no doubt in my mind I made the right call to hire him! One additional benefit is that he spent time going over strategies to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate that kind of care. Should you take the plunge and hire him? Without a doubt!
