Excellent service

On June 19, I had an embarrassing security incident with the TSA when I was at the St. Louis Airport trying to fly out to Newark to see my daughter. After a bit of excitement, I was eventually allowed to board the plane - luckily it had been delayed twice. As a result of my own negligence, I was give...n a fine by the TSA. I was mulling over whether just to pay the fine when a co-worker of mine found Mr. Klippel's website on the internet. On the site, Mr. Klippel described his experience as an attorney with the TSA. I contacted him and left a voicemail message. In a word, Mr. Klippel's service was very impressive. He called me on a Saturday afternoon - July 3. He explained his service and the fee. He also sent written materials in an email. I immediately paid the legal fee online. The next day, Sunday July 4, Mr. Klippel interviewed me over the phone. By Tuesday July 6th, my case was settled for less of a penalty than I had feared. Wow! As I said, very impressive and very efficient. Aside from the penalty that I had to pay, it was almost painless. If you've received a fine from the TSA, you definitely want to take a look at Mr. Klippel's website before you decide what to do.

Very knowledgeable, excellent communication, true to his word

I found Scott doing an internet search for my TSANOV. I was skeptical at first about hiring him, as I had never hired a lawyer before, and he was out of the country. I prayed over the matter and decided to take a chance. Out of the gate Scott had excellent communication, as in, he will contact you... in a timely manner and fill you in on what the process will entail. I was kind of shocked at the way I was treated, because I guess I had negative expectations of what a lawyer would be like. It was obvious he knew what he was doing with the TSA. He used to work for them in a high capacity, and he knows their processes and what to expect from them. He claimed that my fine would be cut in half from what it was. Well, true to his word, TSA sent their letter with the fine cut in half just as he has claimed. It did take a little waiting for TSA to make their decision, and Scott had told me upfront that sometimes this happens based on who reviews the case there. The wait was no doing on his part. This is a government agency we are dealing with here. Honestly, I have a lot of respect for Scott. I was scared about doing this, and also about what had happened with TSA in the first place. There is no doubt in my mind I made the right call to hire him! One additional benefit is that he spent time going over strategies to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate that kind of care. Should you take the plunge and hire him? Without a doubt!

TSA NOV ASSISTANCE W/REMARKABLE RESULTS

I found Scott@TSANOVDefense by accident when researching how to best deal with my TSA NOV. After emailing Scott we set up a phone consultation time to review the details of my case and Scott agreed to represent me. Scott is very knowledgeable and congenial as well as a no nonsense kind of guy. His... expertise in this field is unmatched based on my search for an informed TSA NOV attorney. I highly recommend Scott as the go to lawyer for TSA NOV legal defense! As a result of Scott's representation I saved $900 off the base line settlement the TSA offered. I could not be more content with my interaction and the results of working with Scott.
