Fast, Simple & Flawless

Attny Scott provided exceptional service to reduce the TSA civil penalty from $2000 to $1000. I was on the verge of paying the $2000 on 8/1/22 when I decided to make one last Google Search to determine if there was any fight to reduce the fine. My search brought me to TSA NOV Defense website. The web...site was exactly what I was looking for and asked all the questions I was concerned with. Immediately, I emailed Scott and received a very prompt reply to schedule a brief call the next morning. During initial call he spoke about the two options you have; attempt to represent yourself in front of a formal hearing or have him represent you. Scott discussed his services and set expectations of what will occur next if you were to choose him. After retaining his services, we spoke on the phone later that same afternoon where he asked a series of questions regarding the unfortunate event of bringing a firearm to the airport by mistake. Scott took detailed notes and once again set expectations of what he will be doing next and when we should be receiving a response from TSA. By much surprise to me, we were able to receive a response that very same day (8/2/22) with the reduced amount as Scott promised. In conclusion, Attny Scott is exceptional and provided amazing service. If you received an NOV from TSA, do not pay the fine without speaking to Scott first. I promise you will not regret it.

Scott Klippel is a consummate professional!!

There are certain things we would never dream we might carry into an airport TSA checkpoint. Imagine my horror when I was cleared through the metal detector only to find out I had neglected to remove the unthinkable from a carry-on bag in my rush out the door. TSA allowed me to proceed with my fli...ght schedule without my unthinkable, of course. I scoured the internet for attorneys who handle this type of situation. Scott Klippel’s name appeared. I compared his name & credentials to many others I found online. The choice, to me, was simple. When I received my Notice of Violation (NOV) from the TSA, I contacted Scott in hopes he might take some of the sting out of the experience. Scott immediately put my mind at ease. He told me exactly what would happen & even predicted the precise settlement amount he might negotiate on my behalf. I could not have wished for a better champion to represent me. I’m very grateful for his expertise & his kind, calm demeanor through my whole NOV experience. If the unthinkable happens to you, I highly recommend Scott Klippel.

Great Attorney and Person

Scott was knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. He got my case handled in a day. His fee is reasonable for the time he takes to talk to you, complete the paperwork and deal with TSA. He saved me $$. I highly recommend him!

Worth Every Moment of My Time

As an extremely busy professional, I have no time to waste on frivolous endeavors. Scott made the TSA NOV defense process remarkably simple, saved me hundreds of dollars, and most importantly didn’t waste one second of my time. I could not be more impressed with the accuracy of his predictive knowled...ge and expediency of work. I would never have thought it possible to petition for reduce penalty, be granted a settlement and officially settle a federal government civil penalty in a matter of hours had I not experienced myself. If you’re facing the same TSA NOV as I did, do not hesitate to allow Scott to represent your interest for quick and efficient results.
