Great service and very knowledgeable. highly recommend!

I had a TSA civil fine and was just about to pay it until I came across Scott's website. I contacted him and the matter was resolved 24 hours later with Scott achieving the maximum fine reduction possible. He handled all communication and paperwork and the process was surprisingly smooth!

As advertised - Quick and easy

After 3 1/2 years after my incident, I received notice from the TSA for the $4000 fine that could be reduced to $1960 if I paid within 30 days. I had completely forgotten about the incident and was very scared upon receipt of the notice. I contacted Scott and - no lie - it was taken care of within 4...8 hours - paying his modest fee and a further reduced fine, The peace of mind he provided by his expedtious handling of my case is invaluable.

Excellent service

On June 19, I had an embarrassing security incident with the TSA when I was at the St. Louis Airport trying to fly out to Newark to see my daughter. After a bit of excitement, I was eventually allowed to board the plane - luckily it had been delayed twice. As a result of my own negligence, I was give...n a fine by the TSA. I was mulling over whether just to pay the fine when a co-worker of mine found Mr. Klippel's website on the internet. On the site, Mr. Klippel described his experience as an attorney with the TSA. I contacted him and left a voicemail message. In a word, Mr. Klippel's service was very impressive. He called me on a Saturday afternoon - July 3. He explained his service and the fee. He also sent written materials in an email. I immediately paid the legal fee online. The next day, Sunday July 4, Mr. Klippel interviewed me over the phone. By Tuesday July 6th, my case was settled for less of a penalty than I had feared. Wow! As I said, very impressive and very efficient. Aside from the penalty that I had to pay, it was almost painless. If you've received a fine from the TSA, you definitely want to take a look at Mr. Klippel's website before you decide what to do.

Mr. Klippel was extremely professional and everything we discussed happened just like he stated. Mr. Klippel answers his phone, answers all questions and it was a pleasant business experience.

Amazing to Work With!

I hired Mr. Klippel in February 2019 and my case was closed in February 2021. He emailed me every month with updates for the entirety of the two years and always kept me in the loop. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Kl...ippel!

Thank you so much. Everyone reading this should know that this client hired me right after the incident at the airport took place. It took TSA over 2 years to file the Notice of Violation. Every month I checked with TSA to see if they had filed the NOV. When they hadn't, I emailed my client stating that the NOV hadn't been filed and I'd check again next month. Finally, when it was filed, I was able to settle the case immediately, even before my client got the NOV in the mail.
