*** TOTALLY IMPRESSED ***

TOTALLY IMPRESSED When you find yourself on the "wrong side of the law" with a stupid mistake, it's common to try to figure out how to lessen the blow of a sledge-hammer fine. That's exactly what Scott Klippel was able to do for me. In less than 6 hours after I contacted Scott (I may be the ex...ception), Scott contacted me via phone and comprehensively quizzed my circumstances to characterize my error, contacted TSA (* save yourself the headache, do not respond to TSA yourself, Scott will do all the legwork *), negotiated a settlement 1/4th of the original fine level, so that I could pay the fine via internet. DONE same day! Scott's "bedside manners" are impeccable, he knows exactly what needs to be said (and unsaid) so just let him guide you for the fastest and best resolution possible. He's been on both sides of the situation (4500+ times on the TSA side) so you're in good hands, start to finish.

The Best

Scott knows TSA NOVs better than anyone you will find out there. He explains every part of the process and every possible implication. I can't recommend him enough!

TSA NOV SETTLED AS PROMISED

Law abiding citizen here and gun owner that made a mistake. I have no record. I am the sole provider for a family of 5. And when I got an NOV from the TSA 34 months after my incident, I was flabbergasted, stressed, anxious, scared, you name it. Then I had to decide what to do. They give you 5 op...tions. Well, there is a 6th option...HIRE SCOTT! Based on the extensive research that I did and the experience that I had with him I can assure you there is NO ONE more equipped or experienced that you can hire to handle your case. This is all Scott does. He is quick, efficient, honest and responsive. Unfortunately I will never get to work with him again because I will NEVER have to go through this again. Carabiner on, carabiner off. Let Scott handle your little problem for you and you'll find out what I mean.

Scott is legit!

In September of 2021, I mistakenly brought a firearm in my carry on luggage to Fort Lauderdale airport. Apparently I joined an elite club of people that are not paying attention. Having my CCL was the only thing that kept me from going to jail. Immediately during the incident, the TSA supervisor at ...the airport told me that these fines range from $4000-$10,000 just in civil penalties. This is the first run in with the law that I have ever experienced, and I'm 46 years old. I found Scott here on Avvo and thought it was necessary to at least contact him with my situation. He called me immediately and after only speaking to him for a few minutes, I retained him. In fact, he called and emailed almost every day communicating what was happening and what were the next steps. If you're thinking about hiring Scott because you ran into trouble with TSA.. he's a retired Attorney and counsel for TSA and reduced my fee by 78%!!!! ~ Yes... 78%! RETAIN HIM NOW!

Very helpful

I hired Scott to help with my TSA NOV case. He thoroughly knows the TSA regulations. Within hours he had a reduced penalty and closed out my case. He answered all of my questions and made the process much easier and a little less painful. Bottom line- if you make a stupid mistake, he can help.
