We had been very frustrated trying to deal with the TSA on this issue. I am so glad we contacted Scott. On our first conversation he had a list of questions that he needed to ask, prior to our giving him an explanation of what had happened at the airport. After we told our story he let us know what h...e could do. He was spot on with what he told us would happen. He got the discounted rate we were offered lowered and even after paying his fee we still saved hundreds of dollars below the TSA proposed discounted rate.
