I highly recommend Scott Klippel for any TSA incident

From first call, Scott removed all fear from unknown expectations, and professionally advised what was going to happen, and what my options were; including if I wanted to handle the case myself, or to have him handle it. He guaranteed what the outcome would be if he handled it, he guided me on exact...ly what I needed to do; it saved me money, and closed the TSA case very promptly. He also assisted with questions and other related concerns. I highly recommend Scott Klippel for any matters regarding the TSA.

Scott made an unfortunate event a very stress free experience

After a brief phone conversation with Scott, I felt confident that I found the right person to deal with my NOV. I had spoken with 3 other attorneys about it and was not impressed at all with the information, timelines or possible outcomes that they gave me. Scott on the other hand, very simply and d...irectly laid out the exact outcome that he expected and he 100% delivered on it. I would highly recommend his services to anyone that finds themselves in a situation where you are dealing with a NOV or similar TSA situation. His response times to calls and emails were incredibly prompt and all correspondence and instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Cant say enough good things.

You should hire Scott Klippel!

I inadvertently left a pistol in my briefcase, which got caught at the Houston airport going through security. It was quite a scene at the airport and the experience, police and TSA agents left me pretty worried about the potential hassle, fine and other consequences. On the recommendation of a fri...end with a similar experience, I retained Scott Klippel. I spoke to him on the phone and he explained the process. He took it from there. All I had to do was pay the fine, which he got reduced substantially from the statutory amount, which he said he would do. So the process I was dreading was essentially painless, due to Scott! And he gave me some tips for always remembering to check my bags for firearms BEFORE going to the airport.

TSA Violation Firearm

Mr. Klippel was very helpful getting my fine lowered and gave me peace of mind. If you made a mistake and brought a firearm into a TSA check, I would highly recommend that you hire Mr.Klippel.
