Amazing to Work With!

I hired Mr. Klippel in February 2019 and my case was closed in February 2021. He emailed me every month with updates for the entirety of the two years and always kept me in the loop. He is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process from start to finish. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Kl...ippel!

Thank you so much. Everyone reading this should know that this client hired me right after the incident at the airport took place. It took TSA over 2 years to file the Notice of Violation. Every month I checked with TSA to see if they had filed the NOV. When they hadn't, I emailed my client stating that the NOV hadn't been filed and I'd check again next month. Finally, when it was filed, I was able to settle the case immediately, even before my client got the NOV in the mail.

The go-to attorney for TSA issues

From the moment I contacted Scott to discuss my TSA Notice of Violation, he was very responsive and professional. Scott has extensive knowledge and experience dealing with the TSA and was able to settle my case for a substantial savings from what TSA initially offered. His timely updates during eve...ry step of the process were reassuring. I recommend Scott without reservation to anyone needing help with a TSA NOV.

Defense for TSA Violation

I had a violation with a handgun with TSA and was looking for an attorney to Litigate my case, I always use professional in there field when dealing with the Government. I was very hesitant at first with Scott for a couple of reasons, first he lives outside the US and second because when shopping f...or an attorney he was the only one that Google could find. Well I was very surprised on all fronts. Scott is Licensed in 2 states, and I believe at one time worked for TSA. I did check him out on Linkedin and Face book. Once I retained him he settled my case within 24 hours. This guy is the real deal.

The real deal, almost instant success

Scott knows his TSA stuff. Within a few hours, he had fully assessed the situation, and discovered that my NOV had been sent several times to the wrong address. A day later, he had settled the case for around 25% of the "asking price." This could have gone very wrong, but in his hands, it was ov...er and done quickly and with great savings.
