I was not sure how I should handle my TSA NOV when it arrived so I let it sit for about 2 weeks during the holidays and then started to panic knowing that my response and/or payment was coming due soon. Within 48 hours of working with Scott my fine was severely reduced by the TSA, payment was sent, and my case closed. Cannot say how happy I am to have found Scott and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that has found themselves in the same situation with a TSA NOV.

I received a notice from TSA telling me to pay up to $3000 for carrying a pistol into an airport (not my brightest moment). After contacting a local lawyer for the court case he recommended Scott for the civil penalties.
