Fast, thorough, effective

Scott is quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive at getting results. My boneheaded mistake could have ended far worse if I had not contacted him. If you have a TSA violation, at the very least grab some time with Scott to understand your options before you respond to TSA. But most likely y...ou'l end up hiring him.

TSA NOV

Excellent Attorney!! I am so happy I found Scott Klippel online to help represent my TSA Violation. I've never hired an attorney online before but after reading all the the positive reviews of Scott and learning about his background and especially after my first consult appointment, I knew I found t...he perfect representation for my case. Scott really understands this process better than anyone in the country, he is a true professional, gets results and responds almost immediately if you have questions or concerns. I ended up getting a very favorable settlement and I cannot thank Scott enough. You would not be serving yourself well without good counsel representing you and I highly recommend Scott.

Worth every penny

I got a surprise TSA NOV letter for $4k from an incident 4 years and 1 month earlier. I screwed up and failed to recall and see my gun (trigger locked and in a black soft sided case) in a black carry-on that I put in there a month earlier. I did some research and found many attorneys that do this ...type of representation. Attorney Scott Klippel stood-out and the client reviews were stellar. I sent him an email late one night. The next morning he called me at 8:15am and we spoke for about 30 minutes. I hired him because of his experience and caring attitude. At 1:30pm (5 hours after picking up the phone) I received a satisfying email notifying me my case was settled. Everything was taken care of by Scott exactly as he stated he would. I couldn’t be more pleased by his professionalism & representation. I highly recommend him.

NOV Lawyer

Unfortunately, I accidentally left my loaded firearm in a hidden compartment within my backpack. TSA stopped me and I was subsequently issued a NOV (Notice of Violation). I found Scott's information online and hired him to represent me. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He warned me ...of the extreme delays and said not to worry. He gave me specific instructions and also coached me up on how to avoid another violation in the future. This was simply a dumb mistake, but he gave me a real-world solution on how to remind myself that I have my firearm in my backpack. Like Scott mentioned, it took TSA over 2 years to issue the NOV. He handled it immediately, got my civil penalty reduced, and settled the case pretty much immediately. I will refer him to anyone that needs his services.

TSA Defense - Scott Rocket It!

He warned... me of the extreme delays and said not to worry. He gave me specific instructions and also coached me up on how to avoid another violation in the future. This was simply a dumb mistake, but he gave me a real world solution on how to remind myself that I have my firearm in my backpack. Like Scott mentioned, it took TSA over 12 months to issue the NOV. He handled it immediately, got my civil penalty reduced, and settled the case pretty much immediately. I hope to NEVER need to hire Scott again. However, I will refer him to anyone that needs his services.
