Scott is quick, responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive at getting results. My boneheaded mistake could have ended far worse if I had not contacted him. I got a surprise TSA NOV letter for $4k from an incident 4 years and 1 month earlier. I screwed up and failed to recall and see my gun (trigger locked and in a black soft sided case) in a black carry-on that I put in there a month earlier.
