I got a surprise TSA NOV letter for $4k from an incident 4 years and 1 month earlier. I screwed up and failed to recall and see my gun (trigger locked and in a black soft sided case) in a black carry-on that I put in there a month earlier. I did some research and found many attorneys that do this ...type of representation. Attorney Scott Klippel stood-out and the client reviews were stellar. I sent him an email late one night. He handled it immediately, got my civil penalty reduced, and settled the case pretty much immediately. I will refer him to anyone that needs his services.
