This is your go-to guy!

Scott is very thorough and detailed every step of the way. He knows exactly what to do and what to expect. I always have follow up questions, but never had any after each discussion with him. I called and retained him on a Thursday, had a follow up call that Sunday, and the case was closed by Monday ...afternoon. I didn't have to do anything, amd he made it so easy. We were initially tempted to just pay TSA's reduced fine amount, because we didnt want to deal with court and such. I am so glad we found Scott, because not only was it a breeze, we were able to save $800+ on our TSA fine!

Professional and very quick to respond

I received my NOV and I reached out to Scott to help with my case. He explained the process clearly and helped me understand each step. Scott was able to resolve my case the very next day and saved me lots of money! Would highly recommend!

Great Attorney

I had a NOV from TSA for $1500 if I paid within a few days ($3000 if I waited). This seemed higher than I would have imagined, so I started looking online for attorneys who specialize in this field online. I had some reservations about working with Scott as there are so many scams out there, but a...fter doing some research, I decided it was worth the chance, and am very glad I reached out. Scott's communication was excellent and he saved me a good bit of money, and did so in a very short amount of time (in less than 2 days the case was settled!). Plus, he gave me a lot of peace of mind about the process, and answered any questions I had, that I would have had trouble answering just dealing with TSA alone. I highly recommend him to anybody who gets a NOV or has similar issues or concerns with TSA.

BEST TSA NOV attorney!

I contacted Scott when the day I got into trouble at TSA, he advised me to contact him immediately upon receipt on my NOV, which I did and from that point on Scott handled it fast and saved me the max amount of $$$. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THANK YOU SCOTT!!!

Fast, Simple & Flawless

Attny Scott provided exceptional service to reduce the TSA civil penalty from $2000 to $1000. I was on the verge of paying the $2000 on 8/1/22 when I decided to make one last Google Search to determine if there was any fight to reduce the fine. My search brought me to TSA NOV Defense website. The web...site was exactly what I was looking for and asked all the questions I was concerned with. Immediately, I emailed Scott and received a very prompt reply to schedule a brief call the next morning. During initial call he spoke about the two options you have; attempt to represent yourself in front of a formal hearing or have him represent you. Scott discussed his services and set expectations of what will occur next if you were to choose him. After retaining his services, we spoke on the phone later that same afternoon where he asked a series of questions regarding the unfortunate event of bringing a firearm to the airport by mistake. Scott took detailed notes and once again set expectations of what he will be doing next and when we should be receiving a response from TSA. By much surprise to me, we were able to receive a response that very same day (8/2/22) with the reduced amount as Scott promised. In conclusion, Attny Scott is exceptional and provided amazing service. If you received an NOV from TSA, do not pay the fine without speaking to Scott first. I promise you will not regret it.
