I hired Mrs. Thomas as my attorney thinking that I she will be working for me, but in reality she was helping the opposing party. I was sending her emails and she couldn't give me straight answers. Just you know every answer though confusing and not satisfying it was, she charge for it. Confusing cli...ents increases more money on her side. Do not say that I did not warn you. She was not asking me what I want or giving me any advice concerning the whole matter. I regret hiring her.

I hired TLF around June for a child support case. All communication lines by phone and email all cost. The only thing free is regarding your bill. I assume with this law firm, if you are not talking about money then you are not talking about nothing. No update about your case unless via email. You wo...uld assume due to her been busy this is why communication is so lacking. Even if you talk to the paralegals about understanding your case/questions they would recommend to talk to her, but she barely available to address the issues and will charge you. Money over understanding and communication at this law firm!!!!

I was 100% successful in my child custody case, and was granted everything I requested, thanks to Samantha Thomas, and her team. I had actually consulted with other attorneys, before choosing Samantha, and am more than happy with my decision. First and foremost, Samantha and her team, are extrememl...y tech-savvy. They utilize an internet portal for communications, billing, calendar events, reminders - everything electronic. This is a huge plus for me, as I do not have time for faxing, mailing, and telephone calls. This has served especially helpful as I work full-time, and recently have moved out-of-state. Teleconference calls are set-up without a hitch, and Samantha is always on time. In addition, they are super responsive to anything and everything sent to them via electronic communications. I would like to point out that Samantha's front desk support, Robin, was most helpful. She was very patient with form filling, notarizing, and was always more than happy to lend a helping hand and ensuring communications that I had for Samantha were routed to her effectively and efficiently. Another reason I selected Samantha, was due to her very candid nature. I believe when dealing with sensitive court proceedings, such as child support, you need to be told exactly how it is. Samantha is very upfront with her questions, and telling you her professional opinion on different matters. Samantha is also very supportive, and I did not get the sense she was trying to rob my savings - she is fair, everything they bill for is just and clarified and always open for your review at anytime via their internet portal. It is evident, whilst in court, that Samantha is well known in the legal community. Her knowledge on the judges, the court house, other attorneys, and everything in-between is evidenced in court. If you want to win your child support case, I highly recommend Samantha and her team to represent you.

Ms. Thomas was able to help me get custody of my three grandchildren. Two of which are biological and 1 which was the mothers child, and not related to me,but we have been with all three since they were born. I can't say enough of the work and effort Ms. Thomas put in our case.We live in Indiana an...d our case was in NC which I was concerned about however we were always kept up to date on the progress of our case, and any questions were answered quickly. This was a uphill battle as both father and mother were fighting for custody of all three children . I can't say enough about the Thomas Law Firm and would recommend this Law Firm very highly.
