First of all I was never past due on any payments, I even payed after you told me you wanted to withdraw. You withdrew because I didn't want to continue paying 50 dollars per contact on the server that had the answers to the questions you already asked in previous questions. Second I didn't authori...ze you to disclose any details about my case, I'm anyomus here so I'm sure that's what you will hide behind but I find it unprofessional. Finally yes you were at the hearing where the judge ordered the payment "to the clerk" they wouldn't take my money on the ground floor so I mailed it to the address she said she lived at and when you finally uploaded the written instructions with a mailing address for the clerk I explained what I did and asked if I should cancel the check and write a new one to the clerk and your exact words were "he'll no",...imagine my surprise when 2 months later you seem shocked that I wasn't paying the clerk. In my honest opinion Samantha Thomas is a good lawyer that just has too many cases going at once.

Constantly had to remind her what was going on in my case, months and months went by, motions, contuances, compelling documents, she accomplished nothing for me and was annoyed when I didn't want to take the opposings "deal" not in my favor but it would have been an easy close and move on for her. Sh...e is only caring about her clients if their cases are easy and she doesn't have to do any prep work for her too high retainer. Find a lawyer that cares about you not about her bottom line.

The Thomas Law Firm has handle almost every aspect of family law for me since Feb 16 to Feb 17, from Domestic Violence Protective Orders (DVPO’s) to Child Custody. Each case has turned out in my favor. The Thomas Law Firm is truly professional, dedicated, and capable. They provided a totally diff...erent experience than I received from the two other Fayetteville law firms I hired during my divorce in 2007, I would recommend their services to anyone. I am a male soldier with numerous deployment, who had a custody agreement from 2008 with my ex. Mrs. Thomas and her team were able to get a judge to modify the existing agreement and secure primary custody for me from my ex-wife. My ex filed criminal assault on a female charge against me, numerous DVPO's, and actually got me arrested for violating a DVPO. I was found not guilty of the assault case, all DVPO's were always denied, and the violation of the DVPO was dismissed without cause. My ex was ultimately found guilty of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon and I was given a DVPO against my ex. Mrs. Thomas was well prepared for court, she had a strategy going in, and implemented it throughout the trial. Sitting in the court room watching had the feel she scripted the whole trial. She controlled the pace, tempo, and mood of the court room. She seemed to have the respect of all the judges who heard our cases. I couldn’t ask for better representation. She also ensured I was prepared for the case as well. The online portal is a great way to share information, ask questions, review invoices, and communicate. Mrs. Thomas has send me questions on my cases late at night and on weekends while reviewing my case. She really put effort into my case and took no prisoners during trial. She found information to help my case that I didn't even know about myself twice. The team went through tons of evidence I provided and took out any relevant items that benefit us. I could say positive things all day but I would've felt the same way even if we didn't win the custody case. I knew prior to the ruling, win or lose, it wasn't from a lack of effort or preparation on her part. I actually didn't see the system taking custody from a woman and giving it to a male soldier no matter the circumstances.
