Working with Samantha through my divorce process was fantastic. Because I live I WA state and my now ex lives in OR state, I had to find an OR based attorney and didn't know anyone. I contacted their firm because they work in both states. During our initial phone consult, she had to calm me down a f...ew times, just because of what he initially was asking for that I disagreed with. She was thorough, to the point, professional, and sincere. She was tough with my ex's attorney and told it like it was; which was GREAT. She would respond to my emails very promptly and I would even get messages from her over a weekend, when timing was of the essence. She knew when to push and when to just let things take their natural course. While I never got to meet her in person, because it was settled without mediation, the next time I am in OR, I will stop by and say hi.

Samantha Hazel represented me when I got a contentious divorce from my husband. She has a determined and effective attitude. There was a substantial amount of property and intricate legal issues with the trust & other common properties. In addition to a law degree Samantha has a MBA. She was able to... do such an excellent job that my husband didn't even hire an attorney. My children were young adults and we structured the divorce in such a way that Samantha helped us maintain good relationships with our children and each other. She may anger some people but it's because she is tough and fair and very skillful.

She represented me in her hearing memorandums and motions to the courts about me. She wouldn't listen and would do what ever she wanted. I trusted her only to be constantly let down. All she likes to do is hear herself talk. When she saw things which were bad she would look the other way. Her mo...ral compass is no longer working. Do not use her.
