I was injured in a car accident about a year and a half ago. I went to a series of doctors and endured painful physical therapy for almost a year following the accident. The other driver’s insurance company offered me a pain and suffering settlement, but the amount was incredibly low and the insura...nce adjuster didn’t seem willing to budge.
